The working principle of
The general process flow is as follows: “raw ore — coarse crushing — medium crushing — pre-screening — grinding — desilting — coarse particle classification — desilting — plate magnetic separator rough selection — vertical ring high gradient magnetic separator selection — fine particle classification — dehydration” process flow for wet quartz fine sand production.
Production process: the forklift will feed the raw ore into the bin, and a conveyor will be placed at the end of the bin. The raw ore coming out from the end of the bin will be evenly fed into the jaw crusher (rough break) directly below by the vibrating feeder through the conveyor for preliminary crushing.Then, the coarse material produced by the conveyor to the fine crushing machine further crushing, fine stone into the vibrating screen, screen out two different sizes of stones, stones, over the specification of large stones back to the fine crushing machine, again broken.The materials under the sieve enter the bar mill, and the materials coming out of the bar mill are sorted through the cylinder sieve, and the materials on the sieve return to the bar mill.The material under the screen enters into the obstructed settler and the hydraulic classifier for classification.The finished products are separated by high field and high gradient magnetic separator.After iron removal, the fine sand is dehydrated by the desliming bucket and then driven into the fine sand bank.
